Data we collect
When you submit a B2B inquiry, we collect the fields you enter: name, work email, telephone number, and, where provided, company name, country or region, product requirement and message. We also record the version of this notice and the server time at which you acknowledged it.
We ask only for information needed to understand and respond to a packaging inquiry. Please do not send trade secrets, payment credentials or other sensitive personal data through the form.
How we use data
We use inquiry information to evaluate your request, communicate with you, prepare a quotation or sample discussion, and maintain an appropriate record of the conversation. The form asks for a clear, unticked acknowledgement that you have read this notice. Where GDPR applies, we normally process required inquiry information to take steps you request before a business relationship and for our legitimate interest in responding securely to B2B requests.
We do not use inquiry details for automated decision-making or profiling. If we later want to use your details for marketing, we will ask separately and clearly for consent before doing so.
